Sometimes the hardest part isn't what you're going through. It's having nowhere to put it.
Not Alone Space is a place for the days when you feel alone, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wish you had someone to talk to.
You can come here just to talk — or, if you are looking for something more structured, access professional psychological support.
Maybe you're not looking for therapy.
Maybe today was just hard.
Maybe you simply wish you had someone to talk to.
That's why Not Alone Space exists.
Our Story
There is a kind of loneliness that has nothing to do with physically being alone. It is looking at your phone and not knowing who you can call.
It is going through something difficult and realising there is nowhere you can simply say: "I'm not okay today." Without having to justify it, or worry about being too much.
I know that kind of loneliness. There was a period of my own life when I was struggling, and one of the hardest parts wasn't only what I was going through. It was feeling that I was going through it alone.
Sometimes I didn't need advice, or someone to solve the problem. I didn't even know exactly what I needed. I just wished I had someone I could call.
That experience stayed with me. And eventually, it became Not Alone Space — a place where you can simply talk, without waiting until everything becomes unbearable. And where, if you want to work through something more deeply, professional psychological support is available too.
Because needing someone to talk to and needing therapy are not always the same thing. And both deserve a place.
For the days when you feel alone, have too much on your mind, or simply wish you had someone to talk to.

Maybe you feel lonely. Maybe something happened and you need to get it out of your head. Maybe you had a difficult day. Maybe your friends or family are not the people you want to talk to about it.
Or maybe nothing specific happened at all. You simply don't want to sit alone with everything you're thinking or feeling.
This is a confidential one-to-one conversation where you can speak freely, share what is on your mind, or simply have a human conversation with someone who will listen.
You do not need a diagnosis.
You do not need a specific psychological problem.
You do not need a reason that feels "serious enough".
Sometimes you may simply need to talk to someone.
A listening call is a non-clinical, confidential conversation focused on listening, human connection and giving you a space to talk. It is not a psychological consultation and does not include assessment, diagnosis, structured CBT intervention or psychological treatment.
If you are looking for a structured psychological intervention, please choose a Psychological Consultation instead.
One conversation can simply be one conversation.
The listening call stands on its own. There is no expectation to continue with psychological consultations afterwards. If at another point you decide that you would like more structured psychological support, you can book a separate psychological consultation. There is no obligation to do so.
English · French · Italian · Phone / online · By appointment and subject to availability. Same-day availability may sometimes be possible when an appointment is open, but Not Alone Space is not an on-demand or 24/7 service. Calls should preferably be prepaid when booking.

Psychological Support
Sometimes you don't only want to talk about what is happening. You want to understand:
Sometimes it looks like:
Anxiety that never really switches off.
Thinking about the same thing again and again.
Feeling alone even around other people.
Finding it difficult to say no.
Feeling responsible for everyone else's feelings.
Repeating the same relationship patterns.
Feeling stuck between staying and leaving.
Going through a transition and not recognising yourself anymore.
Feeling that everyone else is moving forward while you are standing still.
Having a hard time understanding what you actually need.
Psychological consultations provide a structured professional space to explore what is happening, understand underlying patterns and work towards meaningful change. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and adapted to the individual person rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

MSc Psychology
Not Alone Space was created from an experience that was personal long before it became professional.
Today, my role allows me to offer two different kinds of space without confusing them: a space where sometimes you simply need to talk, and a professional psychological space for when you want to understand, explore and work on something more deeply.
I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Luxembourg and continue my professional development in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work in English, French and Italian. I am a registered member of the Société Luxembourgeoise de Psychologie (SLP).
Workshops & Group Experiences
Not Alone Space also creates psychology-based workshops around the experiences we often carry into everyday life. Possible themes include:
Setting boundaries without guilt
Letting go without losing control
Building self-confidence
Managing fear and uncertainty
Communication and emotional wellbeing
For Organisations
Psychology-based workshops and wellbeing initiatives can be developed for teams and organisations, in two main formats.
Option 1
Interactive psychology-based workshops for teams, usually 60–90 minutes. Each session can include a short psychological framework, practical exercises and time for general Q&A.
Possible themes include:
Option 2
A short series of three sessions around connected themes. For example:
Sessions can take place weekly, every two weeks or monthly, depending on the organisation.
Tailored programmes can be developed depending on the needs of the organisation.
Available in English, French and Italian · In person in Luxembourg or online.
That's okay. You can also find Not Alone Space on Instagram, where I share psychology, everyday experiences and the things we often feel but don't always say out loud.
